ABOUT KASEY

Kasey grew up in Chatsworth, CA surrounded by horses from a very early age.  Her mother, who is the accomplished dressage trainer, Kym Frazier, shared her love for horses and riding with Kasey.  She cleverly designed and created a "seat belt" of sorts so that she could stay on her wild pony!  This only fed the addiction to the saddle life and she never wavered.  While growing up, she was a member of the United States Pony Club. Her experiences in Pony Club cemented a strong foundation in many disciplines and very importantly, great horsemanship. She took her very first "official" dressage lesson with Hilda Gurney when she was 8 years old and instantly fell in love with the sport.

Kasey attended Chapman University from 2005 - 2009 and received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.  In 2011, she began to travel to San Diego for monthly training sessions with Laurie Falvo. Nearly a year and several more trips later, an opportunity opened for her to become Laurie's assistant trainer, where they worked together for 12 years.  During this time, Kasey successfully trained many of her own horses as well as clients horses from Training Level through the Grand Prix - earning her Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medals.

She has had the privilege of training with world-renowned equestrians such as: Steffen Peters, Niki Clarke, Jane Weatherwax, and Juan Matute.

As a passionate student of all aspects of dressage, she enjoys training in and out of the saddle, going to competitions, and everything in between. Kasey looks forward to continuing her education and competitive career in sunny San Diego.
